Customs Brokerage Services

CMT endeavours to be the “One-Stop Solution” centre for our clients in matters relating to import and export customs brokerage.

We have a dedicated and trained team of staff to liaise with Royal Malaysian Customs (RMC) and other agencies like MIDA, SIRIM etc. to ensure all formalities regarding dispute over product declaration / coding / classification, duty payment / exemptions, valuation, tax refunds etc. are efficiently attended to. The appropriate interpretation of the Tariff Code in consultation with RMC will assist our clients to have significant savings in taxes and duties for their goods.

Our service is further enhanced by the adoption of customs brokerage software Aldec which interfaces with RMC via Dagang Net to assist in the declaration of K1, K2, K3, K8 and K9 forms. We are using E-Declare system by Dagang Net for ZB1, ZB2 and ZB4 declaration.

Import - Preparation & passing of Bill of Lading and other related documentation. Customs examination of loading and transportation to warehouse or importer's premises.

Export - Transportation, assessments, appraising examination of booking confirmation from shipping and related customs documentation at export of distinction examination and trucking of the consignment right to the final destination.
